Square, oil on panel painted in the Summer. This lush painting, dominated by deep greens and blues was inspired by the mid-summer landscape of Nantucket, Island.  A locust tree in my father's yard, carries a vibrant green canopy and deep, dappled greens beneath in its shade is the primary image I drew from in this work.
